Brad Boeckenstedt Kennel’s Boc’s Betty Jo has three wins and a second in her last four Grade AA races for trainer Chris Brill.

Rico Racing Kennel’s Rico’s Megadeath has won three out of her last four Grade AA starts for trainer Aaron Allenby.

Lester Raines Kennel’s Dodgem’s Magic has two victories and two seconds in her last four Grade AA starts for trainer Joel Roden. Kennel-mate Deja Vue has captured three out of her last four 3/16 trips (TB, TA, TAA).

A Ray Kennel’s AMF Not A Chance has two victories and three seconds in her last five outings (A, AA) for trainer Joe Palmer.

Steubenville Kennel’s Varoom Bristol has two wins and a second in her last three Grade TAA 3/16 races for trainer Michael Piquette.

Wayne Ward Kennel’s WW Sole Society has won three out of his last four starts (C, B, A) for trainer Ron Otto. Kennel-mate WW Benji has back-to-back victories (B, A).

Charter Kennel’s TC’s Iceman (B, A) and CT Fire Power (B, A) have two straight wins for trainer Dorothy Tober.

Patriot-Taplin Kennel’s Windy Marko has back-to-back victories (B, A) for trainer Joe Otto.

I was introduced to greyhound racing by a friend in the late 1970s at Wheeling Downs and fell in love with the sport and the athletes immediately. Throughout the years, I have developed a deep passion for racing. In the mid 1990s, I started writing a weekly greyhound column and shortly thereafter became a writer for The Greyhound Review.

I have enjoyed watching and writing about these wonderful competitors, including All-Americans DD's Nelson, Kiowa Sweet Trey, Gene's Champion, WW Apple Jax, Greys Royalcrown, Nimby TP Jan, Hi Noon Hero, Gable Sour Cream, KB's Ruckus and Cry Case.
