ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – LK’s Crush N It of Lashmet kennel recorded his career-high 11th consecutive victory Friday at Derby Lane.

Trained by Ken Deacon for owners John and Jill Lashmet of Eaton, Colo., LK’s Crush N It won his Grade A race by 6 lengths in 30.35 seconds on the 550-yard course. He paid $2.20 to win.

The 27-month-old male from a litter by LK’s Now R Never and LK’s All In is pursing what is believed to be Derby Lane’s track record of 15 victories in a row. He has won 19 of his previous 20 starts.

His next start is expected to be Wednesday in Race 10 at 9:47 p.m.
