Blanchard Kennel’s Artex Kusapin has four straight Grade AA wins for trainer Sarah Blanchard. Kennel-mate JW Journey has back-to-back victories (B, A).

Rangel Kennel’s JS Sugar Rush has three straight 3/8 wins (TAA, AA) for trainer Alex Hall.

Xtrem Hess Racing Kennel’s DNT Digo Fire has two victories and a second in her last three 3/8 trips (TB, A, TAA) for trainer Jill Spicer.

Code Red Kennel’s Dancin Dorian has three straight wins (D, C, B) for trainer Tom Engle.

Steve Sarras Kennel’s Can Udo Meafavor has won three out of her last four starts (D, C, B) for trainer Mike Holgvin.

I was introduced to greyhound racing by a friend in the late 1970s at Wheeling Downs and fell in love with the sport and the athletes immediately. Throughout the years, I have developed a deep passion for racing. In the mid 1990s, I started writing a weekly greyhound column and shortly thereafter became a writer for The Greyhound Review.
