A Ray Kennel's AMF Blastofspeed has captured three out of his last four Grade AA races for trainer Joe Palmer.

Jacobs Racing Kennel's Kinda Cruel Red has back-to-back Grade AA wins for trainer Louise Strong. Kennel-mates Slatex Xcel has three victories and a second in her last four starts (B, A, AA) while SG Arnold Palmer has won three out of his last four outings (D, C, B).

Charter Kennel's Spirit Guard has three wins and a second in his last four races (C, B, A) for trainer Dorothy Tober.

Wayne Ward Kennel's WW Pool Side has captured three out of his last four trips (C, B, A) for trainer Ron Otto.

Lester Raines Kennel's Winslow Homer has three straight victories (M, D, C) for trainer Joel Roden.

Steve Sarras Kennel's Ban Chini has won three out of her last four starts (D, C, B only 3/8) for trainer Cris Ohler.

I was introduced to greyhound racing by a friend in the late 1970s at Wheeling Downs and fell in love with the sport and the athletes immediately.
