Points will be at a premium Wednesday for the fourth and final round of qualifying in the $20,000 Remembrance Stakes at Derby Lane.

Jiminy Reno (Cal Holland kennel) tops the leader board with 42 points. A distant second is Legro K O (Capabal) at 32. The next nine greyhounds have between 20-29 points, providing plenty of opportunities for dogs to earn berths to the 550-yard championship race on the Monday matinee performance.

Eight athletes with the most accumulative points will be eligible for the $9,000 first-place prize.

A pair of D’Arcy kennel sprinters, Over Zealous (29 points) and My Mate Tom (17), drew the No. 1 boxes in Races 6 (8:39 p.m.) and 10 (9:47), respectively. Jiminy Reno will be in Race 6, and Legro K O starts in Race 10.

The series has developed into a wide-open event with Jiminy Reno being the only greyhound to win two qualifiers.

Other dogs with at least 20 points: WW Dewan Casey (Patriot kennel, 28 points), Kentucky Leo (Cal Holland, 27), CH Love My Honey (Lester Raines, 26), Shipley (ABC Racing, 26), Kaias Sarah (Floyd, 24), LK’s Hawkeye (Lashmet, 24), Hi Noon Pursuit (Nova, 21) and PJ Tropicthunder (Rangel, 20).
