It’s summer and that means only one thing, it’s time for the NGA’s annual Pup Giveaway. $2 per ticket suggested donation. Hint: to buy multiple tickets, you may have to refresh/re-enter your ticket price once before adding "Add More."

This will be the 51st straight year that the NGA has held this fund raiser to benefit the Greyhound Hall Of Fame. All proceeds from the event will go toward the hall, which was built in 1973. 2024 is our 51st year supporting the one and only Greyhound Hall of Fame!

NGA members, Review readers & website viewers have an opportunity to participate in the campaign by purchasing tickets online or sending in tickets for the drawing that will take place during the Fall Meet on Thursday night, Oct. 17 at the Hall of Fame in Abilene.

The three pup prizes for this summer’s campaign all come from successful owners and breeding programs. This year’s contributors are Gus Cerino, Kevin Fulton and Marcia Davis.

Pup(s) Prize One: This first giveaway pup is being donated by Kevin Fulton an is out of an August 2023 litter by Superior Panama-FGF Janet. The pups' sire, Superior Panama, needs no introduction as he has been one of the top producing studs in the country over the last few years throwing standouts like JS Flamin Ace, Craigie Delegate, Abbi's Frontman and WW Got Rhythm just to name a few. This is one of the 2nd litter for the pup's mother, FGF Janet, who was a top grade performer at Tri State. Her first litter is out of Gable Sour cream and is breaking in at Wheeling.

Pup Prize Two: Our second pup prize comes from the West Virginia farm of Gus Cerino. This pup is a black female whelped in February of this year out of Lonesome Cry-RPG Black Ice. The pup's sire, Lonesome Cry, is a Hall of Famer who's racing and breeding careers speak for themselves. RPG Black Ice raced in AA at Tri State and ran in the money over 50% for her career. This is her third litter, the first out of Pat C Clement is racing at Tri State now. Her second litter is out of Superior Panama and should be breaking in later this year

Pup Prize Three Our third donation this year comes from Marcia Davis of Mangum, OK. This pup is a ten month old White & Red female out of Gigawatt-Flying Targaryen whelped in September of 2023. Gigawatt was a top grade and stake winner at Southland during his racing career. He has sired some of nice pups in his young breeding career including NGA track record holder, KB's Rockybalboa. Flying Targaryen raced at Southland and has two previous litters by Dragon Firewith pups running at Tri State.

Who wouldn't want to win any of these youngsters? But to have any chance, you must get your tickets in soon for the Oct 17 drawing.

This is an annual Fundraiser for the Greyhound Hall of Fame, a non-profit, 501(c)3.

$2 per ticket entry suggested donation. No purchase necessary. Prizes to be awarded Oct 17, 2024 in Abilene, KS. Winner does not need to be present to win. Winners will need to be a current NGA member in order to transfer the pup rights into their name. Typical racing fees may apply (ie. future boarding, hauling and state licensing fees) depending on the age of the pup in October. Hint: to buy multiple tickets, you may have to refresh/re-enter your ticket price once before adding "Add More."

Online tickets purchased by WA and Idaho residents will be refunded. Residents of these states, please see your NGA Review, emailblast or download paper tickets for mail in entries (download will be available soon!)
